Returns & Refunds Policy — Velour Scents

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used fragrances.

Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Customer covers return shipping.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded. Contact us with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under South African consumer law.
